  • Collect rent and disperse rent promptly to owners (on the 15th of each month)
  • Tenant relations, including rent reminders, enforcing rules, responding to complaints, repair and emergency calls
  • Manage evictions from start to finish (legal fees to be paid by owner, etc.)
  • Management of all maintenance (actual maintenance work is a separate cost to the owner)
  • Third party expenses will be paid by management on behalf of the owner.
  • Advertising and marketing of properties
  • Tenant Screening (includes eviction history, criminal records, credit check, and employment verification)
  • Showing of property making ourselves available up to 6 days per week
  • We guarantee that the tenants we place in your home will stay for at least the first 12 months of the lease agreement or we will re-lease your home for free. You will never have to pay two leasing fees in the same 12 months!
